Feasibility Study, Architecture, Design, Construction and Civil Work. Golf Villa 1sty 2nd Stage,constructed from 1984 to 1985. They were the first Tourism Golf Villas in Dominican Republic, with the concept of being used by owners or for rental as hotel rooms. Located on the Hole No.1 of the Teeth of The Dog Course.
